Ashley Beer

Ashley Beer is a Learning & Development Specialist at Venterra Realty since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Eli Lilly and Company from February 2016 to August 2020, where Ashley contributed as a Global Scientific Communications Associate and focused on business operations training and onboarding for the oncology team. Prior to that, Ashley served as a Senior Specialist at Kelly Services and as a Database Specialist/Process Technician. Additional experience includes working as a Reference Specialist at Infotrieve. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ball State University, completed in 2010, and graduated with an Honors Diploma from Portage High School in 2006.
