Cara Lauder

Cara Lauder is a seasoned professional in the transport and road maintenance sector, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Transport NZ at Ventia since October 2023. With previous roles including System Manager for the Waikato at NZ Transport Agency and various management positions at Higgins and Transfield Services, Cara has extensive experience in network management, contract oversight, and business development. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Engineering Geology and a Diploma of Business Management. Additionally, Cara has sought to enhance cultural knowledge by completing a Level 3/4 Certificate in Te Reo Māori.
