David Black has extensive experience in human resources and capability management, currently serving as General Manager People & Capability in the Telecommunications Sector at Ventia Pty Ltd since March 2015. Previous roles include People and Capability Manager at Visionstream NBN and at Thiess Services Communications, as well as Executive Manager for Human Resources, Safety, Environment & Quality at Urban Maintenance Systems.
