Richard Sim

Richard Sim is an experienced business and finance professional with a strong background in analytics and reporting, particularly in the Defence sector. Currently serving as Business Analytics and Reporting Manager - Transformation at Ventia since February 2017, Richard leads change initiatives, defines key performance indicators, and develops data-driven solutions. Previously, Richard held multiple leadership roles at Broadspectrum, including Regional Manager Finance and Administration for Defence, where supervision of a finance team contributed to a significant turnaround in the business. Richard's career also includes roles at Transfield Services, focusing on project accounting and shared services.
