McIps Pooja Joglekar

Pooja Joglekar, MCIPS has a strong background in commercial strategy, procurement, and supply chain operations. Pooja is currently working as the Group Director at Ventient Energy, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's commercial strategy and supply chain operations. Previously, Pooja held the role of Head of Commercial and Supply Chain Operations at ScottishPower Renewables Iberdrola Group, where they played a key role in developing and implementing commercial contracting and strategic sourcing strategies. Pooja also has experience as a Category Manager at the University of Glasgow, where they led the category management of goods, professional services, and infrastructure projects. Earlier in their career, Pooja worked as a Sourcing Group Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, an Indirect Procurement role at Clydeunion Ltd, and an Export Sales Lead at Hardie Polymers. Pooja also gained experience in procurement at DSM and worked as a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator at Zylog ElastoComp.
