Oleg Kuryan has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Oleg started their career at EPAM Systems in 2006 as a Software Maintenance Engineer before transitioning into the role of a Software Maintenance Team Leader. During their time at EPAM Systems, they collaborated with ATG/Oracle on developing and testing new products, fixing bugs, resolving customer escalations, and issuing patches. Oleg joined Boostant as a Co-founder in 2011, where they worked on an online service to help marketers create and publish online campaigns. In 2012, they became a Co-founder of XPANSA Group and worked as a СTO, actively contributing to the company until 2018. In the same year, Oleg founded their own company, VentorTech, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder. Additionally, they have experience as a web developer and consultant, specializing in Python and Django, having worked on their own SaaS product from 2012 to 2015. Overall, Oleg Kuryan has demonstrated expertise in software maintenance, project coordination, leadership, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.
Oleg Kuryan received their Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunication from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where they studied from 2003 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn in 2023.
