Charlie Hardman

Charlie Hardman is an experienced security and safety professional currently serving as the Security and Safety Manager at Ventrac by Venture Products Inc. since April 2019. In addition to this role, Charlie has been an instructor at the Peace Officers Training Academy at Wayne County Schools Career Center since October 2012. Previous positions include Director of Security at Wayne Savings Community Bank from December 2013 to April 2019 and Captain at Wayne County Sheriff's Office from December 1978 to August 2012. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston (2014-2016) and has completed notable training at the FBI National Academy and the University of Virginia. Charlie's educational background also includes studies at The University of Akron and Smithville High School.
