Matt Dale has over 24 years of work experience. Matt began their career in 1997 at GFM, where they held various service positions until 2001. Matt then worked at Golley Slater as a customer service representative from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2014, they worked at Roche, starting as a customer service representative and eventually becoming a contact centre development and support specialist. In this role, they successfully implemented new developments and became an Agile coach for a global squad. From 2006 to 2014, they also served as a customer services team manager at Roche, where they managed teams and improved performance. In 2023, Matt became the owner of Agility Matters Ltd and is currently working as a project manager at Ventrica.

Matt Dale completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking from Emeritus in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1999-2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Executive Coach from IAP Career College in January 2023, Google Project Management and Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in September 2021, and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in October 2019. Matt also has certifications in Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public, How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch, Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in September 2019, and Scrum for Scrum Masters from GoSkills.com in August 2018. In October 2020, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus.
