Ritika B Malhotra

Ritika B Malhotra is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in the field of human resources. Currently, Ritika oversees HR functions at Diligente Technologies and Ventrum since December 2019, both entities of the same organization. Prior to this role, Ritika served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Nexgen IOT Solutions from July 2017 to December 2019, and as Senior Executive Human Resources at US Tech Solutions from September 2016 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Lead at Spectraforce Technologies from September 2013 to September 2016, where the organization is recognized as an award-winning global staffing and IT services provider. Ritika holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from Shridhar University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, along with a High School Diploma from St. Thomas Higher Secondary School.
