Hilary Carson is an experienced professional in behavioral health and program administration, currently serving as the Senior Program Administrator MHSA at Ventura County Behavioral Health since April 2021 and as the MHSA Innovations Program Administrator at Ventura County Health Care Agency since June 2016. Concurrently, Hilary has been a freelance grant writer since June 2016.
