David Kirby Pe

David Kirby manages facilities and construction projects for the Ventura County Fire Department. Prior to their current role, David worked as a Water Quality Engineer for the Ventura County Watershed Protection District and as a Project Engineer for RBF Consulting. With a BS in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, David has also held positions as an Assistant Engineer at SaskWater and an Engineering Technician at Sun Country Health Region.
