Andrew Seagren

Andrew Seagren has extensive experience in the agricultural commodity trading sector, currently serving as Vice President of Oil Trading and Sustainability at Ventura Foods since 2012. In this role, Andrew directs a procurement team and oversees a budget that supplies multiple sites in the US and Canada with various vegetable oils while achieving record profitability and advising on market dynamics. Prior to this position, Andrew was President of ADS Trading from 2004 to 2012, where significant contributions were made as a floor-based trader and broker on the Chicago Board of Trade. Andrew also held the position of Director of Commodity Operations at Ventura Foods from 2002 to 2004, focusing on oil procurement and risk management. Andrew's career began as a trader at the Chicago Board of Trade from 1988 to 2002. Andrew holds a BA in History from Grinnell College and an MA in History from The University of Akron.
