Dom Bugg

Dom Bugg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Dom started their career at Unilever in 2010 as a Process Development Engineer and went on to hold various positions including Senior Process Development Engineer, Project Delivery Engineer, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Excellence Supervisor, and Manufacturing Excellence Manager. In 2017, Dom joined Ventura Foods as an Operational Excellence Manager and subsequently held roles as a Capacity Planning Manager, Sr. Manager of Sales and Operations Planning, and currently serves as the Director of Sales and Operations Planning.

Dom Bugg attended the University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration.
