Karen Rivera

Karen Rivera currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Ventura Foods, having held various roles in compensation management since October 2018. Prior to this position, Karen worked at Capital Group | American Funds from January 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing compensation programs and conducting market analysis for diverse client groups. Previous experience includes roles in financial aid administration at Santa Ana College, credit services at Nordstrom Bank, and educational support at Fountain Valley School District and Coastline Community College. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communication from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate's Degree from Coastline Community College.
