Natasha M. Gonzales

Natasha M. Gonzales is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development at Ventura Foods since September 2018, Natasha has previously held various HR leadership roles at Nestlé, focusing on employee engagement and leadership development for diverse teams across the West Coast and nationwide. Natasha's career began in technology support, leading desktop support teams at Marshall Information Technology Services. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, with a focus on developing and managing people, marketing, and consulting.
