Pete Eilskov

Pete Eilskov has extensive experience in operations and management, primarily in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Distribution at Ventura Foods since September 2013, Pete has held progressive roles within the company, including Senior Plant Manager and Production Manager. Prior experience at PepsiCo included the position of Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance and improvement of significant production lines in a high-capacity facility. Earlier positions at Pepsi Bottling Group encompassed Production Supervisor and Product Availability Supervisor, focusing on production efficiency and warehouse operations. Pete's career began in the military, where service as Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer involved enhancing maintenance practices and managing numerous infrastructure projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University.
