Ron Tieskoetter

Ron Tieskoetter has over 25 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Ron is currently working at Ventura Foods as the Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Prior to joining Ventura Foods, Ron held various positions at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Sr. Director of Planning & Analysis. Ron led teams and was responsible for aspects of sales planning, analysis, and supply chain planning.

Before their time at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Ron worked at Chiquita Brands, Inc. as the Director of FP&A and at ITC Deltacom as the Vice President of Cost Accounting. Ron was in charge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting at Chiquita Brands, while at ITC Deltacom they led a team responsible for the cost of services budget.

Earlier in their career, Ron worked at Business Telecom, Inc. as the Sr. Director of Finance Operations, where they oversaw financial reporting, contract negotiations, and budget management. Ron also gained experience as a Financial Analyst at IBM Global Services.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, sales operations planning, cost accounting, and budget management. Ron has a strong track record of driving effective use of resources and providing insights to support decision-making.

Ron Tieskoetter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Elon University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Vestal Senior High School from 1986 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Ron has completed courses such as "Developing Leadership Presence," "How to Build Virtual Accountability," "Leading at a Distance," "Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback," and "Finance Foundations: Business Valuation" from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in 2022.
