Susan Stewart

Susan Stewart is an accomplished human resources executive, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ventura Foods since April 2023. Stewart's previous experience includes key leadership roles at Nestlé, where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Integrated Talent Management to Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Nestlé Waters. Prior to that, pivotal roles at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, PepsiCo, and Ingersoll Rand demonstrated a strong foundation in HR management. Stewart holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with an MBA in Human Resources from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
