Adam Dutter

Adam Dutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and facilities management, particularly within the education sector. Currently serving as Bond Program Manager for Ventura Unified School District since August 2023, Adam oversees the district's bond-funded construction program, focusing on major projects. Prior experience includes the role of Bond Manager at Ojai Unified School District from December 2018 to July 2023, managing procurement, planning, budgeting, and oversight of construction projects. Adam's background also encompasses managerial positions at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, Guitar Center, and Day Star USA, where responsibilities ranged from operational management to contract negotiations and vendor relationships. Adam holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Ventura College.
