Liz Jenkins is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the aviation and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting and Onboarding at Ventura Air Services since November 2021, Liz oversees ATS processes and strategically sources candidates through various aviation-related platforms. Liz has also held multiple recruiting positions, including roles at Plexus Worldwide, Westfield Steel, and Brooks Running, where responsibilities ranged from full-cycle recruiting to managing direct hire staffing needs. Previously, Liz contributed to organizational success at Nissan Motor Corporation by developing a new internship program aimed at enhancing talent retention and engagement. With a solid educational background from Indiana University East and Richmond High School, Liz combines passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their career goals.
