Kevin Darouvar is a seasoned professional in investment sales with significant experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Venture Capital Properties since November 2017, Kevin leads the Darouvar Team and specializes in high-value transactions. Previously, Kevin was the Managing Director and Founder of the Darouvar Team at Living New York from April 2015 to November 2017, where notable accomplishments included creating the Darouvar Investment Sales Team, transacting over $100 million in sales, and specializing in mixed-use and multi-family assets in New York City.
