Laxmi Behere

Laxmi Behere is an accomplished entrepreneur and designer with a diverse background in sustainability and product development. As the CEO-Founder of WITCHCRAFTINNOVATIONS since September 2021, Laxmi leads the creation of handmade products using environmentally friendly materials such as water hyacinth and banana fiber, promoting alternatives to harmful plastics. Laxmi has also been an incubatee at Venture Center since May 2023 and has worked as a freelance illustrator for Kalasakta, Pune since March 2018. Additionally, Laxmi gained valuable experience as an intern at Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2018. Laxmi holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, completed in 2019.
