Raymond Oei Kuan Churn

Raymond Oei Kuan Churn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raymond started their career as an R&D Engineer at Olympus Technologies Singapore in 2000. In 2002, Raymond joined HP and held various roles, including R&D Senior Engineer, R&D Electronics Project Manager, R&D Project and Program Manager, and R&D Program Manager. During their time at HP, they demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing product development life cycles, and improving development processes. In 2019, Raymond transitioned to Dyson, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Programme Manager. In these roles, they led teams in delivering innovative hair care products, engaged with senior stakeholders, and contributed to achieving Dyson's business objectives. Most recently, Raymond joined Venture Corporation Limited in 2020 as the Director of Research Development.

Raymond Oei Kuan Churn obtained a Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic from 1991 to 1994. Raymond then pursued an Hons degree in Electronics and Electrical from the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they hold certifications in HP Project Management Fundamental, Lean Sigma Black Belt Training, Six Sigma Green Belt, and has received a US Patent Award.
