Shane Leaning is a Co-Founder at Work Collaborative since January 2024, and the Founder of the International School Leadership Academy, where Shane hosts the Global Ed Leaders Podcast and provides strategic coaching and consultancy for international schools. As an Educational Consultant for the International Curriculum Association since March 2024, Shane contributes to professional development programs and trains international primary curriculum schools. Additionally, Shane serves as an Advisor for Venture Education, focusing on professional development in Chinese schools and producing relevant research articles. Shane's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Nord Anglia Education from August 2015 to September 2023, as well as teaching positions in multiple international schools. Shane's academic background includes an Executive Master’s Degree in International Education from King's College London and other degrees in music and education from The Open University, Bournemouth University, and University of Cambridge.
