Victor Ephraim

Victor Ephraim has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Victor is currently working as the General Manager at PeopleOS since January 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Venture Garden Group, where they were the Head of People Operations and a Senior Associate in the same department. Before Venture Garden Group, they worked at Human Capital Partners as a Senior Associate in Recruitment and Executive Selection. Victor also has experience as a Human Resource Business Partner at S Lloyd Limited and as an Administrative/Human Resources Officer at Sarf Guards Limited.

Victor Ephraim holds a B.Sc. (Ed) degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Tai Solarin University of Education. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn, and they are an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Victor has also obtained The Human Resource Practitioner Licence from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
