Rachel Welch is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on people operations and talent management. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at RIVET Work since December 2023, Rachel previously held the role of People Operations Partner at Quantum Signal AI, LLC, where key responsibilities included talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance enablement. Rachel's background also includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Nokia for the Deepfield Business Line and as the Head of People Operations at Deepfield prior to its acquisition by Nokia. Early career experience includes HR positions at the University of Michigan, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
