David A.

David A. has extensive experience in the engineering and operations field. David is currently the Vice President of Operations Engineering at Venture Global LNG, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, David worked at Total from 2016 to 2022 as an Engineering Manager for the Mozambique LNG project, where they led the onshore engineering team and contributed to the development of a process safety standard. From 2012 to 2016, David was the Principal Engineering Manager at BG Group, responsible for both the operations and project engineering teams on the QCLNG facility in Australia. David played a key role in starting LNG production in a record time of 16 days. Before that, David worked as a Project Engineering Manager at Calpine from 2010 to 2012, leading the technical development of the Russell City Energy Center Project. David'searly career includes roles at Aker Solutions, where they served as a Project Engineering Manager for the Cameron LNG Terminal Project and as an Engineering Manager for the Magnolia Power Plant. Overall, David has a wealth of experience in managing engineering projects, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
