Larry Sparks

Larry Sparks currently serves as the Director of OFE Power at Venture Global LNG, overseeing the delivery of power island equipment for natural gas liquefaction operations. Previously, Sparks held multiple leadership positions at Tennessee Valley Authority, including General Manager for Generation Projects & Outages and Gas Operations, where collaboration and reliability enhancements were key focuses. Earlier in the career at Duke Energy Corporation, Sparks excelled as Station Manager and Lean Leader, driving operational efficiency and maintenance excellence across various power generation facilities. Sparks holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
