Michael Gant

Michael Gant is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in operations and training management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Pipeline Training and OMS at Venture Global LNG, Gant develops and manages training and competency programs for pipeline assets, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing training logistics. Previously, Gant held multiple roles at Motiva Enterprises LLC, including Operational Excellence Lead, Health Safety Environmental Programs Manager, and Terminal Operations Manager, where responsibilities included supporting operational processes, managing health and safety compliance, and overseeing terminal operations. Gant possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University, along with several OSHA certification programs from the University of South Florida.
