Sari Granat

Sari Granat currently serves as President and COO at Chainalysis Inc. since April 2022, while also holding board positions at Assurant and Venture Global LNG. Prior to these roles, Sari was EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel at IHS Markit from 2012 to 2022, overseeing legal, compliance, enterprise risk, and information security. Sari's extensive experience in leadership and legal affairs includes serving as President and Chief Administrative Officer at Project Clara, Vice President of Legal Affairs and Business Development at TheMarkets.com, and various positions at Kaplan, Inc., Dow Jones & Co, Kenyon & Kenyon, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Sari holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in English from Yale University.
