Sharon Rushing

Sharon Rushing, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sharon is currently employed at Venture Global LNG as a Principal, Sourcing & Contracts, a role they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Occidental Petroleum Company as a Team Lead Supply Chain Management from December 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they held multiple positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, including Senior Supply Chain Representative, Supply Chain Representative II, and Legal Support Staff (contracts). From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Gieger Laborde & Laperouse, LLC as a Legal Support specializing in oil & gas transactional matters. Earlier in their career, Sharon worked as a Legal Assistant/Office Administrator at Petty & Petty, LLP and as an Assistant Office Manager at MRE Builders, Ltd. Sharon began their career at the Houston Police Department as a Senior Police Telecommunicator.

Sharon Rushing, M.B.A., obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree focusing on Business and Human Resource Management at Columbia College, which they obtained in 2011.
