Emma Willis

Emma Willis is the current Heartland Director at Venture Noire. Emma has a long and accomplished history in the financial industry. Emma started their career in 2009 as the GIFT AR 529 College Investing Plan Manager Assistant at the Arkansas State Treasury. From there, they became the Director of Financial Education and ABLE at the Arkansas Treasurer's office in 2016. In 2020, Emma joined Mangan Holcomb Partners as a Senior Strategist before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Sootchy, Inc in September of 2020. Emma has been with Venture Noire since July of 2021.

Emma Willis has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Philander Smith College, an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical College, and a certification in Leading Yourself from LinkedIn.

They are on a team with Kenyata Martin - College Intern Director, Miles Dotson - Tech Cohort Director, and Myron Branford - Creative Director. Emma Willis reports to Keenan Beasley, President.
