Sheldon Swick

Sheldon Swick is an experienced professional in metallurgical and technical services, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager and Metallurgical Specialist at Venture Steel Inc. since 2014. Swick leads the Metallurgical and Technical team to address issues in metal manufacturing, enhancing customer performance and vendor relationships while streamlining business practices. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Rolled Alloys, where optimization of material selection and customer relations was a focus, and multiple positions at Essar Steel Algoma, including Senior Metallurgist in Product Development. Swick began foundational experiences at Queen's University and through various internships in engineering. Swick holds a B.Sc. in Materials Science & Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University.
