Jodi Smith

Jodi Smith is the Loan Processing Manager at Venture West Funding, a position they have held since 2008. Prior to that, they were a Realtor Sales Assistant at Re/Max Beach Cities from June 2008 to March 2009. In their previous position, they were responsible for assisting the top producer at Re/Max El Segundo with various duties, ranging from transaction coordinator and short sale negotiator to MLS, Winforms, showing property, and preparing residential and commercial leases.

From April 2004 to March 2007, Jodi worked as a Sr. Loan Processor at South Bay Funding, where they were responsible for processing loans for multiple loan agents. Jodi funded an average pipeline of 30-40 loans monthly.

Jodi began their career at Venture West Funding in January 1998 as a Sr. Loan Processor, a position they held until December 2004.
