Ruxandra Rizea

Ruxandra Rizea is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Recruitment Lead at VentureOne since September 2025, focusing on building start-ups from the ground up. Previously, Ruxandra held the position of Recruitment Lead at the Technology Innovation Institute from January 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included creating tailored recruitment strategies for various research centers specializing in quantum computing, robotics, sustainable energy, and AI. Prior to that, Ruxandra was a Senior Recruitment Partner at Finastra, managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes across EMEA and engaging in various transition projects. Ruxandra began a career in recruitment at GENPACT, taking on roles such as Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist, implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies and managing the recruitment process. Ruxandra holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed between 2010 and 2013.
