Rodrigo Gobbi

Rodrigo Gobbi has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rodrigo is currently employed as a Development Analyst at Venturus, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Perto S.A. from 2017 to 2021, where they held the position of Electronic Projects Engineer. Rodrigo'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining embedded Linux systems, Android system frameworks, firmware for security processors, and Android applications for point of sale (POS) systems.

From 2012 to 2017, Rodrigo worked at Parks S/A Comunicações Digitais as a Junior Software Developer. Rodrigo contributed to the development of networking solutions and was involved in projects related to LACP integration, CLI commands development, and customization of u-boot. Rodrigo also gained experience in developing unit tests using TCL language and a Ruby/Ruby on Rails environment.

Before joining Parks S/A Comunicações Digitais, Rodrigo had an internship at PUCRS from 2010 to 2012. Rodrigo worked on projects related to the development of LACP protocol and maintenance of IGMP source code. Additionally, they were involved in a research project related to Linux Kernel/system calls and kernel modules.

Rodrigo's earliest work experience was as an Information Technology Intern at FAMURS from 2008 to 2010. Rodrigo'stasks included hardware maintenance, development of new features for the internal system using PHP, and creation of websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and the Joomla CMS.

During their time at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) from 2007 to 2008, Rodrigo participated in a special scholarship program called PET-Inf. Rodrigo contributed to the development of a mobile application using Bluetooth and was involved in preparing courses and seminars. Rodrigo also managed the group's website using PHP and HTML.

Rodrigo Gobbi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Rodrigo attended the university from 2006 to 2012. In 2017, they pursued a Specialization in Software Engineering at Unisinos, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo Gobbi also acquired several certifications. In November 2022, they obtained a certification called "A Beginner's Guide to Linux Kernel Development (LFD103)" from The Linux Foundation. Rodrigo further completed a certification named "Formação em Android embarcado" from Embedded Labworks in May 2022.
