Debby Tavares

Debby Tavares has extensive experience in marketing and business development roles. Debby began their career in 2005 with the ALDO Group, where they served as an International Account Manager and Buyer before transitioning to Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2016, they joined Venus Concept as a Practice Enhancement and Program Development Manager and progressed to roles such as Senior Practice Enhancement Manager, Director of Practice Enhancement Program in Canada, Director of Practice Development program in North America, and currently as Senior Director of Marketing Downstream. Throughout their career, Debby has shown strong leadership in developing marketing strategies, managing accounts, and supporting business growth initiatives. Additionally, they briefly ran their own Montreal Stylist business, offering fashion styling and image consulting services.

Debby Tavares has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. Debby also holds a degree in Marketing & Business Management from College Lasalle Montreal. In addition, Debby has certifications in Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn, and in the International Society of Female Professionals from The International Society of Female Professionals.
