Omar Abassi

Omar Abassi currently serves as the Technical Lead for NOZ France at VEO Worldwide Services since August 2023, overseeing technical operations for 312 stores and providing advanced technical support to hotline teams. Prior to this role, Omar worked at Indigo Company from September 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading a technical support team collaborating with renowned brands under the Inditex group, managing technical aspects for over 10 store openings, and providing helpdesk support for 37 stores. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Cashier, managing transactions and store finances, and as a Web Developer at Mytek Informatique, focusing on website development and optimization. Omar holds a BTS in Multimedia from Institut du Nouvelle Technologie and completed various network and system administration certifications through OpenClassrooms.
