Radu Anton

Radu Anton has extensive experience in various leadership positions. Radu started their career as a B2B Sales & Customer Care Manager at Selgros Cash&Carry in 2001, where they stayed until 2004. Radu then moved on to become a Store Manager at Kaufland România for a year before joining real,- Hypermarkets (Metro Group) in 2005 as a Hypermarket Manager. At real,- Hypermarkets, Radu managed multiple hypermarkets, supervised teams of over 500 people, and played a significant role in recruiting and developing future managers. Radu also implemented and controlled standard processes, optimized sales processes and flows, and achieved excellent financial results. In 2010, Radu became the Executive Director at LEONARDO SRL, where they stayed until 2015. Radu'sresponsibilities included overseeing the company's operations.
