Commercial Director - Central Asia And Caucasus at Veolia Water Technologies

Olivier Clausin has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Olivier started their career at FMC Corporation as a Commercial Manager and worked there from 1992 to 1998. Olivier then joined SAIPEM, where they held various positions including Head of Rep. Office of Bouygues Offshore in Azerbaijan, Proposal Manager, Key Account Manager - Offshore BU West Africa Area, and Business Development Manager - Offshore BU - Middle East. Olivier was with SAIPEM from 1998 to 2008. After that, they worked at SIDEM as the Dep. Commercial Director from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Veolia Water Technologies as the Commercial Director - Central Asia and Caucasus. Most recently, they are working at Bouygues Travaux Publics as the Director - Business Development, starting in 2019.

Olivier Clausin completed their Baccalauréat in the German Section at Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye from 1973 to 1984. Olivier then pursued a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering at Heriot-Watt University from 1988 to 1989. Afterwards, they attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, where they obtained a degree in Ingénieur Civil des Mines specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, and Energy from 1986 to 1989. Lastly, they studied Petroleum Economics and Economie et Gestion at IFP School from 1989 to 1991, earning the degree of Ingénieur.
