Claude Laruelle

Director of Global Enterprises at Veolia

Claude Laruelle is the current Director of Global Enterprises at Veolia. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy General Manager at Veolia Water, where they were in charge of the industrial business development and management, operation support, EH&S, union negotiation. Claude also booked new industrial projects, implemented denitrification project and safety action plan. Before that, they were an advisor to the Governor of the Paris Region at the Ministry of Interior, where they were in charge of public infrastructure, town planning, public transportation and commercial housing. Claude also negotiated contracts with the Ile de France Region, State and public transportation companies. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of the Engineering Department at the Ministry of Transportation.

Claude Laruelle studied mathematics at the École Polytechnique, and then went on to study civil engineering at the Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

They are on a team with Jean-Marie Lambert - SEVP HR, Estelle Brachlianoff - SEVP United Kingdom & Ireland, and Eric Haza - CLO. Claude Laruelle reports to Antoine Frérot, Chairman & CEO.
