Mokhtar Benaouda

Mokhtar BENAOUDA is an experienced IT professional with a focus on infrastructure and support management. Currently serving as IT Infrastructure & Support Manager at Vimpelcom since March 2011, Mokhtar is responsible for strategic IT planning, team motivation, training, and performance management. Prior to this role, Mokhtar managed IT resources at Orascom OTA from June 2008 to February 2011 and held the position of Network Supervisor at Orascom Telecom between January 2004 and May 2008, overseeing LAN and WAN projects, network management, and security initiatives. Mokhtar possesses strong competencies in managing multi-site IT environments for large user bases and executing effective budget planning aligned with CAPEX and OPEX guidelines. Mokhtar holds an EMBA from HEC Montreal, Canada, and graduated from Institut des Télécommunications d'Oran.
