Vladimir Kiselev

Vladimir Kiselev possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at VimpelCom since November 2004 in various roles including Head of BI Development Department, Head of BSS/BI Support Department for the Business Unit CIS, Project Manager for the same unit, Release Manager, and IT System Analyst. Prior to this, Vladimir Kiselev worked as a Software Developer at the Moscow Scientific Research Television Institute from February 2001 to October 2004. Educational qualifications include a degree from MATI - Russian State Technological University, obtained between 1998 and 2004.
