Victoria Loffredo

Victoria Loffredo has a diverse work experience in human resources and benefits management. Victoria is currently working as a Sr. Director of Human Resources at VEQTOR since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Recruiting Administration Services at BNY Mellon from June 2021 to May 2022. Before that, Victoria worked at JLL as an HR Service Delivery Hiring Manager, responsible for providing support and improving hiring practices from September 2019 to April 2021. Victoria also has extensive experience at Abbott, where they served as a Manager of Benefits and later as a Supervisor of Global Benefits, handling domestic and international benefits management from December 2000 to June 2019, and assisting with benefit presentations and reduction in force initiatives.
