Raquel Gonzalez has extensive work experience in supply chain management and leadership roles. Raquel is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Vendor Management at Vera Whole Health since July 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director Supply Chain Management Operations at Vera Whole Health from November 2019 to July 2021.

Before joining Vera Whole Health, Raquel worked at El Camino Health as the Enterprise Director of Supply Chain from March 2017 to November 2019. Raquel also served as the System Director of Supply Chain Program Administration at Legacy Health from December 2014 to February 2017.

Raquel's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Supply Chain at Virginia Mason Medical Center from June 2011 to December 2014. In this role, they provided leadership and direction for Supply Chain Operations and participated in long-term strategy and vision planning.

Prior to their role at Virginia Mason Medical Center, Raquel worked at the City of Seattle as the Management Services Director from January 2006 to June 2011. In this position, they managed various departments and implemented citywide programs to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Raquel Gonzalez has an extensive education history. Raquel obtained a Doctorate of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2001. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Finance and Financial Management Services, and they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in 1991.

In addition to their degrees, Raquel has obtained several certifications. In September 2015, they completed the Six Sigma - Green, Black, LEAN, Master Belts certification at Villanova University. In May 2012, they also obtained the Virginia Mason Lean Management System Certification from Virginia Mason.
