Harish K.

Harish K. has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Harish'scareer began in 2006 as a Senior Technical Resolution Expert at Dell International, where they provided phone support for hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops and printers, mentored new hires on technical skills, and handled sales for internal hardware components. In 2008, they moved to HSBC as a CWD Analyst, administering servers using Active Directory, configuring and maintaining Lotus Notes, and troubleshooting network, ATM out of order and roaming profile issues. From 2009 to 2012, Harish K. worked as a System Analyst at LSU Visualization Services Center, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, domain user profile or other network and system problems, and interacting with students, faculty and staff to understand deployment requests. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Network Engineer at Robust Network Solutions, with experience in LVM, Kernel and performance tuning on Red Hat Linux servers, and implementing the Chef Software setup and configuration on VM's from scratch. Finally, from 2016 to present, Harish K. has been a Devops Engineer at Vera Security, where they are an expert at working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has designed AWS CloudFormation templates from scratch, and has been actively involved in designing and deploying multitude applications utilizing almost all of the AWS stack.

Harish K. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur between 2002 and 2006. Harish then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Louisiana State University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in May 2016.
