The leadership team at Vera has a lot of experience in different areas. The VP of People used to work at CircleUp and the HR Manager used to work at Udacity. The Sr. Program Manager, Human Resources Operations used to work at Rocket Fuel Inc. and the Talent Recruiter used to work at gen110. All of them have different educational backgrounds. The VP of People went to Grinnell College and studied Anthropology and Linguistics. The HR Manager went to Harvard University and studied Psychology. The Sr. Program Manager, Human Resources Operations went to Stanford University and studied Organizational Behavior. The Talent Recruiter went to the University of California, Berkeley and studied Sociology.
