Richard Boivin is an experienced information technology executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for VRC Investigations (Veracity Research Co.) since June 2004, overseeing all aspects of IT products, services, and strategy. Previously, Richard held the CIO position at Investigative Networks from October 2010 to August 2018 and worked as a Software Engineer at System Source for a brief period in 2004. Richard's career also includes roles as a Senior Software Architect at Farelogix, a Network Engineer at NCR Corporation, and a Network Implementation Manager at Technical People Incorporated, where contributions ranged from software development to complex network architecture implementations. Early in Richard's career, a position as a Systems Analyst at Citi focused on providing comprehensive support for hardware, software, and network systems across multiple company sites.
