Emma-Jane Snyder

Emma-Jane Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Emma-Jane currently holds the position of Senior Director Communication, Growth, & Development at Veracode since October 2021.

Prior to this, they served as the Director of Internal Communication at Triumph Group for three years from June 2018 to October 2021.

Before joining Triumph Group, they worked at Yorkshire Building Society Group for over a decade, initially as the Head of Internal Communication from August 2006 to December 2017, and later as the Head of People Development (Interim) from December 2013 to July 2014.

Emma-Jane began their career at Barclaycard, where they held various roles such as Senior Internal Communication Manager from January 1999 to July 2006, New Product Development Manager from January 1994 to December 1998, and Graduate Trainee from January 1990 to December 1993.

Emma-Jane Snyder obtained an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Later, they pursued an MSc in Corporate and Organizational Communication at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2012.
