Jared Carlson

Jared Carlson is a highly experienced professional in the field of security research, currently serving as the Director of Applied Research at Veracode since 2013, where responsibilities include developing security analysis toolsets for various programming languages and implementing LLVM-based technologies. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Principal in Strategic Research at CA Technologies, focusing on security opportunities and product development. As the owner of GoToTheBoard from 2007 to 2017, Jared led consulting efforts in analysis and security, achieving several DARPA research awards. Earlier career roles include Sr. Systems Engineer at Textron Systems and Engineer at The MathWorks, supported by a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science from Yale University.
